Call Accounting Software - Deployment Stage 0
- Set up an empty database that will receive your data. Our engineers perform this in about an hour.
- Enable web access to the users you define.
- We feed basic data into your database; this depends entirely on the information you provided to be uploaded on the initial setup questionaires.
At the end of this stage you are ready to either upload invoice data to be analyzed or setup CDR capture software to collect data from your PBXs (see Opitonal CDR capture deployment below).
Call Accounting Software - Deployment Stage 1
- You begin uploading employee, telecom resources and cost allocation information using Xpensert's web application.
- Our TEM Professional Services team will contact you to ensure you get the results you expect.
The duration of this stage varies from company to company: some clients have the employee, resources and cost centers data ready to be uploaded and are up and running in a few days; other clients may take longer to provide the data. Nevertheless, our system will start giving insightful information even from the raw data collected in stage 0.
Optional CDR capture deployment
If you are going to use Call Accounting to track each call that your PBXs report from several locations:

We install capture software components in a PC provided by you. This is done via a remote session which takes less than 30 minutes per site. -
The call detail information from the private switch is the raw material used by the Xpensert Call Accounting system; our capture software component ensures that 100% of the Call Detail Records (CDRs) are saved for processing 100% of the time. -
The software retrieves the CDRs from the switch in a number of ways that vary with each PBX vendor and saves the captured data to a local disc in the PC where the software is installed. The system will send email alerts when it detects a low capture rate or whenever it needs human attention. -
Raw CDR data is automatically sent to our central processing servers every few minutes, then you will have access to the latest information online. | |  |
