Cato González Co-Founder, CEO
Carlos is a passionate professional with more than 20 years of experience in diverse Information Technology fields. Since 2000 he has been involved in the Telecom Expense Management industry as a software architect and developer, sales manager and business consultant. His broad range of experience gives him a unique perspective of TEM from both a business and technological standpoint.
Prior to co-founding Xpensert, Carlos was Director of Key Accounts for AT&T Latin America, and Project Manager for Orbinet, a telecom services provider in Bogotá. He holds degrees of Economist and Finance Specialist. As CEO, based in the New York headquarters, he has a strong focus on Business Development for the North American market and oversees the company operation in Colombia.

Antonio González, Co-Founder and Vicepresident of Operations
Antonio is the General Manager for Xpensert Colombia, Xpensert’s office in Latin America, where he focuses on the operation of the current system while overseeing sales, marketing, customer care and management activities. Before being appointed General Manager he was the Director of Operations for Xpensert where he co-designed and developed core system components and ensured smooth continuous system run.
Prior to co-founding Xpensert, Antonio was Operations Manager for telecom service provider Orbinet in Bogotá, responsible for the operation of the long distance telephone network and the development of the invoicing software for that system. He previously worked as Network Manager for MCI Colombia. Antonio holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering.

Juan Carlos Méndez, Co-Founder and Vicepresident of Business Development
Juan Carlos is involved in business development activities for Xpensert and permanently advises management. In September 2009, Juan was appointed Director Business Development and Strategy at Baxter Laboratories. Previously he was Business Development Manager for Asia Pacific at General Motors, a company where he held management positions in Finance, Planning and R&D advising at C-levels and upper management / boards.
Previously, Juan was consultant for McKinsey and Booz Allen & Hamilton. He holds an MBA from MIT-Sloan School, a MS degree in Information Technology and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering. |
