The Xpensert support team strives to provide our clients with timely and high quality technical assistance during all phases. We are committed to our client satisfaction because we believe that good technical support is a main factor in cultivating our clients’ loyalty.

Web Support Center

If you have registered and activated a web client profile, you can open a case directly in the Web Support Center. The Web Support Center allows you to open your own support cases and follow the progress of each issue. This is a direct channel to our CRM software, which means your cases will get managed faster. The maximum time it takes for our team to respond is within a few hours.

Remote Online Support Sessions

Our clients also have access to remote web support sessions where one of our engineers can help explain a feature or resolve an issue. Remote support sessions may be recorded to ensure the quality of the service you are receiving. At the end of the session, you can complete a short survey that measures the quality of service to help us improve our client support services.

Online Documentation & FAQ

To find solutions quickly, clients can access the Online Documentation or FAQ available through the application, which contains detailed documentation that is constantly updated.
